For a Media and Social Change class, I had to design a PSA surrounding an issue I was passionate about. I chose food insecurity as rising costs of living have become a worrying factor for myself and for everyone I know. I wanted to design eyecatching posters that would clearly display facts to readers, prompting them to realize that changes should be made. I used bright colors and simple illustrations to help characterize the posters as something that was not just a cry for help, that would likely be ignored.

To accompany the posters, I designed a small website using Figma with more information around food insecurity and resources for anyone wanting to get involved or to access resources. I wanted the site to have a serious tone and to remain clear and easy to navigate for anyone wanting to learn more.
